Safety

Safety is an integral part of our operations. Our Safety Program includes all aspects of safety awareness from general policies, operating practices and procedures, to job-specific training, accident prevention, project planning and hazard analysis. Our commitment to a safe and productive project requires the understanding, focus, and participation by every project team member. We maintain a safety and health program that meets or exceeds OSHA standards. At SAC we believe that Safety must be looked at as a focused effort which is integrated into every part of our operations and activities. SAC’s objective is a proactive program that will reduce safety-related losses to an absolute minimum. SAC’s goal and focus is to manage prevention efforts instead of accidents.

SAC has put in place policies and procedures designed to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and customers. Our goal on every job is Zero Incidents, and to ensure that all work is completed safely, with appropriate tools, equipment, and methods that meet or exceed the requirements of OSHA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM385-1-1).

Quality Control

At SAC, we continuously improve our processes, our procedures, and our approach to doing business so that we can consistently provide quality products and systems to our customers. We use our CQC program to achieve the highest standards, we customize our Quality Control Plans to meet or exceed the quality goals set by our customers for each project. Our CQC program is integrated with our client’s requirements so that we are able to create a seamless process for maintaining quality; resulting in little to no re-work, and quality performance that is second to none. SAC, through CQM training provides CQCM qualified and certified superintendents and/or project managers as required for each project.
